William "Bill" Rogers
Nania, Director of OUT to Dance in Boston, has been joyfully teaching
dance to people of all abilities and orientations for 20 years.
Her relaxed, encouraging style and enthusiasm encourages even
the shyest beginner to get out there and party on the dance floor.
She has provided dance instruction for Simmons College, Boston
College, the JCC, Bentley College, Harvard Business School, Boston
University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and countless
nightclubs, events, and dance weekends.
"Cutting loose on the dance floor in the company of kindred
spirits is one of the most energizing, healing, and affirming
things you can do for yourself. Dancing is a proven stress-relieving
action that can help heal and strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
When you dance, you're throwing a wild party of endorphins inside
yourself. And we can all surely use a good, strong dose of healthy
endorphins right now to help us face a world of troubles!"
